The entire living space is conveniently located on the first floor. As you enter through the front door, you’re greeted by a welcoming foyer that opens up into the spacious living room. This area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a TV, creating a cozy space to unwind. The room is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort during warmer months. Two sets of french doors open out to the top terrace, which offers a charming outdoor additional seating and a small barbecue. Perfect for enjoying the views across the green countryside. It’s an ideal spot to relax.
To the left of the living area, you'll find a modern dining table and around the corner is a clean and functional kitchen, with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. The kitchen space is simple yet efficient, designed to meet your needs during your stay.
Continuing through the living room, a hallway leads to the two double bedrooms. Both of which come with air conditioning allowing you to enjoy a comfortable night's rest. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath, perfect for relaxing. Whilst the other bathroom is fitted with a shower. The layout is practical and well-organized, offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
Garden/ swimming pool
The private swimming pool can be accessed via steps to the side of the house. It’s a good-sized pool, surrounded by tiled decking, sun loungers, and a comfortable sitting area which also features an umbrella for shade. The area is enclosed with railings for safety, making it an ideal spot for families to enjoy outdoor relaxation and play.
